Expectations
At Town Haul, we provide custom design and 3D rendering services for landscaping and hardscaping projects, including pools, pergolas, patios, decks, awnings, concrete pavers, and all aspects of outdoor living. To maintain the level of quality and detail our clients expect, our projects start at a minimum cost of $6,000. This ensures that each design and build meets our standards for craftsmanship and value.
Cost
All project estimates are based on: Current cost of goods and materials available at the time of your estimate Industry-standard labor and material rates for the Riverview, Florida area Scope, size, and complexity of your project This ensures every quote is fair, accurate, and reflective of real-time conditions in today’s market. Prices may adjust if material costs change significantly before the project begins, and we will always communicate updates before any work starts.
Services
1. Design Services Town Haul provides custom 2D and 3D design renderings that help clients visualize their outdoor living spaces. Clients receive full ownership of their designs. Designs can be used at any time and shared with other contractors for bidding. This channel includes design-only services — no installation work is performed. 2. Installation-Only Services Customers may hire Town Haul directly to complete specific installations that fall within our expertise — such as patios, pergolas, decks, pavers, and outdoor living structures. These projects are based on the customer’s existing design or request. No 2D or 3D renderings are included. 3. Design-to-Build Projects After creating a custom design, Town Haul also offers to bid and complete the installation of that same project. This provides a seamless design-to-construction experience. Clients may choose Town Haul or another contractor for installation, but if Town Haul performs the build, both design and construction revenues are realized.
